I visited the Sainsburys Castle Marina branch recently, to see if the wonderful manager could repair the elastic holding the buckle on my sandals. Last winter, he was able to repair some boots that other companies had said they couldn't repair, so I took my sandals in. He is so proactive and was able to repair the sandals, which I was so pleased about. He has a very 'can do' attitude to his work, and will always try to find a solution, rather than turning people away. This is outstanding customer service; I recommend him and the store very highly!

Went in to our local Timpsons to get a new battery for my watch to be told it would cost £17 (seventeen pounds), which I hastily declined. Then went into a local jeweller's shop, where I was charged £5 for the same service. This is profiteering in the extreme, especially during these hard times!

The cut your key deal is a shame. One key full price and 2 half price. Chubb key £9 + 2x 4.50 = £18 ( £5 each in Home and Hardware = £15 and money back if it doesn't work) Yale keys £8 each plus 2x £4 = £16 (Home and Hardware 3 x £4 = £12.
Got 3 chubb keys made - 1 worked had to go back twice to get all 3 working. Got 3 yale keys made - none worked been back twice and one still doesn't work. No apology, no discount, no voucher towards petrol!!

I brought my summer netted sandals in for a repair which I thought was irreparable but thank goodness for Joel who is the manager of the Timpson Nottingham Sainsbury at the Castle Marina store, he did a remarkable job at restoring it. He has restored confidence at the Timpson's brand. 5 star effort to him.

An amazing service in Guilford north street . The manger I think Kev was so friendly and helped me with a. BMW motorcycle key this was a key I couldn’t get anywhere so he rang a special number ordered it in and then programmed the chip. 100% recommend first class and reasonable prices

1st in the que this morning quoted £60 to get some keys cut and he said it would take 5 mins. He served other customers and ignored me it took best part of 30mins late for work thanks timpson !!!

I went to the Timpson at Sainsbury’s in Bromley to get my keys cut yesterday (Monday) because Akeem helped me cut some keys last week and he was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. However, Akeem was not working and the man that served me was miserable, unfriendly and doesn’t seem to have any knowledge on keys; he told me that they don’t have the key in stock, so I asked him when will the stock arrive, he said he doesn’t know. I went back today, hoping Akeem was there to help me, rightly so, he was there today, and was able to use a different key to cut the key that I wanted and it is perfect and it works! He is amazing at his job and excellent with customers! Definitely a staff member to keep hold of and reward! Every customer that walked in whilst I was there loved him! You have customers walking away happy when Akeen is there.

SAHRA is very bad staff from Max Spielmann Piccadilly branch, on 16/07/2022 I was been studio and she doesn't have any respect for customer.
Other staff help me to solve the problem but she is very very rude.

Brilliant service at the stratford upon avon branch. The man ( Antony ) was very helpful and friendly.

Both car keys failed me, went to Asda Burgh Heath Timpson's, he rang Epsom, gave me replacement keys and said drive to Epsom he'll do it. Went off and Connor at Epsom was brilliant. Waited until the first key worked in the car before getting second key ready, rang me when I left one of the keys behind! Great banter with my grandson and Connor was the coolest dude, so professional and likeable. Gave me a little discount which made my day. Definitely returning for anything I need ? Wish I'd asked name of guy in Timpson's Burgh Heath he was great too

DO NOT BRING YOUR DESIGNER SHOES HERE!
Extremely disappointed and shocked by the service at Timpson! Brouight my new designer red leather loefers for a half sole and they completely ruined my shoes! Leather got stained with black liquid used to glue the sole and bottom leather sole stained with red polish they used to try and cover the black marks! No apologies, no further repair/fixing offered but what's worse NO REFUND at all! And they still have my shoes! It's been 3 months now and head office still didn't come back to me with a solution. If there was a 0 star option, I would have selected that.

I was served my Mick and he was a great help. He was extremely helpful and friendly and fixed my shoe perfectly and quickly meaning I can take my heels on holiday! I’ll definitely be coming back to Timpson Anniesland :)

If I could give unlimited stars I would. The young man who assisted me and my elderly Mum today at Cromwell Road, London, Sainsburys, was probably the most polite, professional and just really nice person I have ever ever come across as a customer. This young man is a credit to Timpsons and the way this company is run should be a blue-print for all companies - caring and exceptional service. Thank you so much.

I visited the Sainsbury's Cobham branch. Jason was exceptional with his pleasant and professional attitude. I received very helpful advice. It was an excellent experience, and it left me delighted with the customer service at Timson. Jason is a credit to the organisation and I would thoroughly recommend the branch.
